Radxr (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Radxr mobile application and radxr.app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

Information we collect

Spotify account data

When you connect Spotify, we may access:

Your Spotify profile (display name, user ID, profile image)
Top artists and tracks (short-term and long-term)
Recently played tracks
Your playlists (read-only)
Your email address (if provided by Spotify)

Information you provide

Profile details, friend connections, curations (lists, playlists, mood boards, reviews), comments, reactions, and support messages you send us.

Automatically collected data

Device type, operating system, app version, and usage logs used to improve performance and fix bugs.

How we use your information

Build and display your sound profile, aura, and recommendations
Power discovery features and social activity feeds
Enable friend connections and shared listening insights
Respond to support requests
Improve and secure the app

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

Other Radxr users — profile and activity you choose to make visible to friends
Service providers — hosting (Firebase), analytics, and AI helpers that process data on our behalf under contractual obligations
Legal requirements — when required by law or to protect rights and safety

Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active. You may request deletion by emailing support@radxr.app. We will process requests within 30 days.

Your choices

Disconnect Spotify at any time through Spotify’s app settings or Radxr settings
Request access to or deletion of your Radxr data via support
Control friend visibility through in-app privacy settings

Children

Radxr is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Contact us if you believe we have collected such data.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and secure cloud infrastructure. No method of transmission is 100% secure.
