Radxr (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the Radxr mobile application and radxr.app. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

Information we collect

Spotify account data

When you connect Spotify, we may access:

Your Spotify profile (display name, user ID, profile image)
Top artists and tracks (short-term and long-term)
Recently played tracks
Your playlists (read-only)
Your email address (if provided by Spotify)

Information you provide

Profile details, friend connections, curations (lists, playlists, mood boards, reviews), comments, reactions, support messages, and Sound Profile choices you save, including timeframe, pinned music, exclusions, and section visibility. If you use safety tools, we also collect reports, relevant content snapshots, blocked-account relationships, and our moderation decisions.

Automatically collected data

Device type, operating system, app version, and usage logs used to improve performance and fix bugs. If you enable a public Sound Profile, we also keep aggregate counts of profile visits and sharing actions. These counters do not identify profile visitors.

How we use your information

Build and display your sound profile, aura, and recommendations
Power discovery features and social activity feeds
Enable friend connections and shared listening insights
Respond to support requests
Improve and secure the app
Filter objectionable content, investigate reports, enforce our rules, and protect users

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with:

Other Radxr users — profile and activity you choose to make visible to friends
Anyone with your public Sound Profile link — only the profile sections you explicitly enable
Service providers — hosting (Firebase), analytics, and AI helpers that process data on our behalf under contractual obligations
Legal requirements — when required by law or to protect rights and safety

Data retention

We retain your data while your account is active. You can permanently delete your Radxr account and stored Radxr data immediately from Settings in the app. This removes your profile, curations, social activity, friend connections, Sound Profile settings, public links, and aggregate sharing analytics. You may also contact support@radxr.app for assistance.

Your choices

Disconnect Spotify at any time through Spotify’s app settings or Radxr settings
Permanently delete your Radxr account and stored Radxr data from Settings
Remove friends and control what your public Sound Profile displays
Report objectionable content and block users; blocked users and their content are hidden from your experience
Keep your Sound Profile private by default, choose its visible sections, revoke its link, or delete its public data in Radxr settings

Children

Radxr is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Contact us if you believe we have collected such data.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections and secure cloud infrastructure. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page with an updated date.
