Frequently asked questions
Open Radxr and tap Connect with Spotify on the login screen.
You’ll be redirected to Spotify to authorize access. Once approved, your profile
and listening data will sync automatically.
Activity syncs periodically from Spotify. Try force-closing and reopening the app,
or disconnect and reconnect Spotify in Settings. If the issue persists, contact us
with your Spotify username.
Go to your profile and use Find friends to search by name or Spotify
user ID. Send a friend request — once accepted, you’ll see each other’s activity
and curations.
Email support@radxr.app from the address
linked to your account and request deletion. We’ll remove your Radxr data within
30 days. Disconnecting Spotify in the Spotify app does not automatically delete
your Radxr account.
Radxr reads your profile, top artists and tracks, recently played items, and
playlists (read-only) to power your sound profile, recommendations, and social
features. We never post to Spotify on your behalf. See our
