Welcome to Radxr. By accessing or using the Radxr app or website, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use Radxr.
You must be at least 13 years old and have a valid Spotify account to use Radxr. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@radxr.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
Radxr uses the Spotify Platform. Your use of Spotify data through Radxr is also subject to Spotify’s Terms of Use. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Spotify.

You retain ownership of content you create (reviews, curations, comments). By posting content on Radxr, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the app to provide the service.
Radxr, its design, and original content are owned by us. Music metadata, album art, and playback are provided by Spotify and subject to their licenses.
Radxr is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of recommendations, or compatibility with all devices.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Radxr and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms. You may stop using Radxr at any time and request account deletion via support@radxr.app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
